FleetHire refers to the recruitment agency providing services through the Platform.

Employer refers to a company or organization using the Platform to recruit drivers.

Driver refers to an individual seeking employment through the Platform.

User refers to either an Employer or a Driver.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt the Platform or its users.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify FleetHire immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to FleetHire’s Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property
